Payments are accepted through PayPal, a secure online payment system that is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you do not need to sign up to use this service and can pay directly through PayPal using a debit or credit card.
Shipping & Rates:
USA/Domestic: Domestic shipping rates vary depending on the speed and amount of insurance required for your item. For 2nd day service, rates range from $35 to $80. For overnight service, rates range from $50 to $150. Saturday delivery is an option that can be requested for some addresses and comes with an additional fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Because every package needs to be insured and signed for, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
International: Shipping rates start at $95.00 - Rates and availability depend on the region of your shipment. Local duties and import taxes may apply in addition to our charges: Customer is responsible for any customs duties or clearance for all international shipments. Please contact your local customs official for specifics on your local rates and procedures. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Every shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery, and is insured for the full amount of the order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 10 days of receipt. All jewelry must be unworn & unused and in its original condition and packaging. Engagement rings and custom pieces are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping cost is not refundable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Rings (made to size) & Customized Designs are not refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
The refund will be sent to the buyer within 10 business days of return delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are not personally liable for any jewelry once it ships. We use a 3rd party jeweler’s insurance during shipping which is void once the package is received by the recipient. It is your responsibility to insure your jewelry, specifically engagement rings, upon arrival. This can be done as a rider to your renters or homeowners insurance, or through a dedicated policy - we recommend Jewelers Mutual. We are happy to provide you with an appraisal for replacement value (what you paid) upon request. Your insurance rider should include loss, loss of just the center stone, and theft.
