Do your provide warranty on items?

Our engagement rings, necklaces, pendants, and Bespoke Pieces come with a one year warranty. We provide complimentary repairs for loose or broken prongs , distorted bands/rings within one year of purchase. However, any repairs needed due to wear and tear, negligence or exhibit any obvious damages will not be covered by the warranty. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, discoloration from use of harsh chemicals, or any modification made to a piece by a third party. Please note, we do not cover center stone replacements. However, any missing melée stones will be replaced within three years of purchase. We offer one complimentary annual re-polishing for all pieces covered under this policy. Repairs outside of this warranty period can be provided with a fee.

Clients' are responsible for all associated shipping fees and responsible for covering shipping costs in both directions.
