Shipping policy

Shipping:

All pieces are made to order in NYC and typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks of your purchase. In-stock pieces will ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. In either case, we will notify you with tracking information when your piece is about to ship. International, two-day, and overnight shipping is available for additional fees that will be calculated at the checkout. All orders require an adult signature for the package to be released. Please note that Sam Gavriel is not responsible for packages once they have left the facility.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because every package needs to be insured and signed for, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

International:

Rates and availability depend on the region of your shipment. Local duties and import taxes may apply in addition to our charges: Customer is responsible for any customs duties or clearance for all international shipments. Please contact your local customs official for specifics on your local rates and procedures. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Every shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery, and is insured for the full amount of the order.

Payment Options:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Apple Pay. We also accept offline payments via direct bank deposit. We do not accept cash. Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars
